RevenueRescue

For home-services businesses

Every missed call is a lost job.

Revenue Rescue texts back the people whose calls you miss, works out what they need and gets them to a real appointment, all by text. You run it from your own messages: no app, no dashboard, nothing for the customer to tap.

One call, start to finish

You’re on a ladder. The job still gets booked.

  1. The phone rings out

You’re mid-job, so the call goes unanswered, the way it always has.

  2. A text goes out

The caller gets a text from your business asking what they need.

  3. It works out the job

Each reply is read for what they need and how urgent it is, and answered in a short text.

  4. A time is agreed

A free slot from your calendar, or the customer’s own choices for you to pick from.

  5. Tomorrow, 2:00 pmWater heater leaking from the bottomBooked by text

Times are an example.

Your side of it

No calendar? Your whole job is one digit.

If it can’t see your calendar, it won’t guess a time and take it back later. It asks the customer for two or three times that suit them and texts them to you as a numbered list.

Reply with a number. The customer is told, and that’s it.

Your messages

New job: water heater leaking from the bottom. Times that work for them: 1) 2pm today 2) 4pm today 3) 9am tomorrow. Reply 1, 2 or 3.

Done. They’re booked for 4pm today and know you’re coming.

How it behaves

Built to be left alone

  • No dashboard to check

Your part happens in the texts you already read. A web view exists if you ever want one; nothing needs it.

  • Nothing for customers to tap

No link, no app, no form. They text back the way they’d text a person.

  • No promise it can’t keep

It only offers a time when it can see your calendar is free. Otherwise it asks the customer and you choose.

  • Your number stays yours

When you don’t pick up, your line forwards to a second number set up for you. That number does the texting.

  • Rules on every message

Opt-outs, AI disclosure and carrier registration are checked in one place before anything is sent.

  • Regulars, reminded

Customers on a fixed schedule get a reminder, and overdue ones a nudge. Anyone who opts out stays out.

Stop losing jobs to voicemail.

Questions owners ask

Do my customers need to download or click anything?

No. The whole booking happens in an ordinary text conversation.

Do I need a calendar or booking system?

No. With a connected calendar it can offer a free slot and book it. Without one, it asks the customer for two or three times that suit them and texts them to you; you reply 1, 2 or 3.

Does it pretend to be me?

No. Its messages say they’re an auto-reply from your business, and anyone who texts STOP gets no more.

How long before it can send texts?

Setup is a couple of screens, but US carriers have to approve a business number for texting first, which can take days to weeks. Nothing is sent until that clears.

Can I use it now?

Not yet. We’re deciding whether to open it. Leave your email and we’ll send one message when it opens.
