Common questions
How do I log something I did earlier?
Open the item and tap Log, then pick the time. Or press and hold the item in the list and choose Log at Another Time….
How do I delete a log or an item?
To delete one log, open the item and swipe the log left in History. To delete the whole item, press and hold it in the list and choose Delete, or open it and tap Edit → Delete Item.
Why didn't a reminder arrive?
Check that notifications are on for Again in the iPhone Settings app, and that the item's Notifications switch is on (Edit, or press and hold the item). Focus modes can also hold notifications back.
How do I share the list with my household?
In Again, open Settings → Share with Household… and send the invitation. Everyone needs to be signed in to iCloud. Once they accept, everyone sees and logs to the same list.
My list isn't syncing between devices.
Make sure each device is signed in to the same iCloud account and that iCloud is turned on for Again in Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Changes usually arrive within a minute.
Does Again collect my data?
No. There's no account, no analytics and no server of ours. See the privacy policy.
