Getting started
- Install Demand Radar and approve access. Capture starts by itself: the web pixel is connected for you.
- For sold-out views, blocked adds and the optional “want this back” button, switch on the Demand Radar app embed in your theme editor. The Capture page links straight to it.
- Connect what you already have under Connections: Amp Back in Stock, a CSV export from any back-in-stock app, or your support inbox by forwarding.
- Your first full report needs a week of data. Until then the report shows the last 30 days and says so.
Common questions
Why is a line missing that I expected? A line needs two kinds of signal agreeing, or one strong one such as a support ask, so a single stray view never becomes a line. Restocked items drop off at the next nightly run and show up under “Estimate vs actual”.
How is the dollar figure worked out? Each signal is weighted, multiplied by your own conversion rate for that kind of product and by the price, and shown as a range. After five restocks, the weights are tuned to what actually sold in your store.
Who gets the Monday email? Your store's contact email in Shopify, at 7:00 on Monday in your store's timezone.
Will it slow my store? No theme code is edited. The pixel runs in Shopify's sandbox and the embed is under 5 KB.
